We are seeking candidates for the following roles:

Working Days – Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday: depending on the scope of work)

Working Hours – 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Location : Mayangone Township

Identify and develop new business through networking and prospecting techniques
Generate new business leads and arrange customer meetings
Prepare and deliver customer presentations including high-level solution overviews and/or demos
Understand customers’ business needs and challenges and position the relevant solutions that address those needs
Develop pipeline by using the company’ sales methodology and processes.
Manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle
Ensure accurate and timely forecasting and reporting for management visibility
Meet KPIs related to selling efforts and customer calls or visits
Attend and contribute to team meetings and report progress towards achieving account or go-to-market strategies with management and peers
Maintain strategic relationships with existing customers and upsell/cross-sell by promoting product upgrades, additional complementary technologies or solutions, etc.
Maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors and distributors
Respond to tender documents and write proposals as well as any supporting documentation
Support marketing activities by attending company events and trade shows
Manage own time by organizing and prioritizing daily and weekly tasks
Provide project oversight and work with project managers/ technical managers to make sure that customer expectations are met while acting as the escalation point for customer issues

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT related subject or equivalent field experience
1-3 years of sales or pre-sales experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communications skills with prevalent professional demeanor
Excellent presentation skills
Broad technology knowledge preferred (datacenter, cloud, virtualization, mobility and messaging/collaboration)
Fluent in English is a plus
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Able to work under pressure
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
Continues self-improvement and learning to maintain and improve current technical knowledge

Diploma or Degree with relevant subjects it IT or equivalent.
Minimum CCNA (R&S/Security), MCSA and should have good understanding of Routing/ Switching protocols, network security and DC infrastructure.
Good to have working knowledge of Linux/Microsoft OS.
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented, strong interpersonal skills and adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Must have troubleshooting skills.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience is preferred.
Must have excellent communication, self-motivated, good learning and working attitude.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to communicate in English.
Must be able to work in Nay Pyi Taw. (who live in Nay Pyi Taw is more preferred.)

Monitor and analyze the problem when fault happen.
Prepare incident reports, including findings with analysis.

Prepare project documents, reporting including customer troubleshooting assistant.
Monitor and analyze the problem when incident happen.
Prepare incident reports, including findings with analysis.
Provide technical analysis, guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers.
Respond to incident calls and ensure the SLA to clients.
Highly self-motivation and able to manage multi-tasks
Strong customer service orientation

Bachelor’s Degree with relevant subjects in Computer Science or equivalent
Must be VCP (DCV), RHCSA
Microsoft, Dell EMC, HPE and other Cloud Platform certification highly preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience with administering and troubleshooting Virtualization, Server (both Microsoft and UNIX/Linux based) and Storage environments
Must have expert knowledge of Linux, DC Virtualization, Server, Storage and backup systems
Must have moderate knowledge of Networking, Security and Cloud Platform
Proven experience with systems planning, deploying and maintaining with best practices for Virtualization, Microsoft and Storage environments
Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Able to work under pressure
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
Continues self-improvement and learning to maintain and improve current technical knowledge
Able to work in 24/7 environment.
